How To Order
Getting your DVR and cameras installed takes 5 steps.
Step 1. - Call to arrange a visit from one of our trained personnel.
Step 2. - We'll send a technician to visit your site.
The technician talks with you, learns and listens to understand what you need, what you want, and any extras that
you would like to have. The technician determines the amount of work that we need to do, and the cost,
and discusses with you the various options and prices for "extra" features that you'd like to have but
don't necessarily need.
Step 3. - After the visit to your site the information will be analyzed and a proposal will be brought back to you for review.
Step 4. - After reviewing the proposal and making any needed changes a contract is signed by your the purchaser.
Before you sign the contract, you are under no obligation to purchase anything from us.
The contract is a legally binding document between you and us. In the contract you agree to pay a certain amount of money.
In exchange we agree to do a certain amount of work.
The contract specifies exactly how much work we must do for you.
Step 5. - Our trained personnel will arrive at your site and install the agreed upon equipment.
In this step, we go to your site, if you want cameras, we install the cameras, if you need wiring,
we install the wiring, then we install the DVR, plug everything together, turn on the power and get
everything running. You have no idea how pleased you'll feel to see the images from all your cameras
on your new DVR monitor for the first time.
You will sign off on the work order and present payment to the technician for the installed DVR system.
